Meet & Greet
I schedule a personal meet-and-greet session with you to understand your expectations and the required scope of work. Together, we’ll discuss the details of your project and your budget, ensuring we align on every important aspect.

Estimation & Planning
After our meeting, I prepare a detailed estimate and finalize the specifics with you. If needed, we begin the design process. In this stage, we also set a timeline for construction to commence, outline our access requirements to the job site, and arrange for a deposit. This is typically completed within a week.

Design & Finalizing
Our team of engineers, architects, and designers then proceed to create detailed drawings. We review these finalized plans together, establishing a start date for your project. The projected timeline for this phase is between 2 to 4 weeks. Note that for smaller projects, this step may be expedited, allowing us to start the project sooner.
